Introduction:

This Automatic Weighing and Mixing machine offers automatic weighing, dissolving, mixing of raw material and transport to one or more production lines.
The sugar and all the raw material are automatic mixed through electronic weighing and dissolving. The liquid materials transfer are connected with the PLC system, and pump into the mixing tank after correction weighing process. The recipe can be programmed in PLC system and all ingredients are weighed correctly to keep on going into the mixing vessel. Once all ingredients are fed into the vessel, after mixing, the mass will be transferred into the processing equipment.Different recipes can be programmed into PLC memory for convenient use.

This machine include sugar lifter, auto weighing machine, dissolver. It has PLC and touch screen control system, use in candy processing line, automatically weigh each raw material preciously, like sugar, glucose, water, milk etc, after weighing and blending, raw material can be released to a heating dissolving tank, become syrup, then can be transferred to several candy lines by pump.

Step 1
Sugar store in a sugar lifting hopper, liquid glucose, milk store in electrical heating tank, connect water pipe to the machine valve, each raw material will be automatic weighed and released to dissoving tank.

Step 2
Boiled syrup mass pump into other high temperature cooker or directly supply to the depositor.
