Small scale pectin gummy machine is an advanced and continuous machine for making pectin gummy by using starchless mould. The whole line consists of cooking system, depositor, cooling tunnel, conveyor, sugar or oil coating machine. It is suitable for small factory or the beginners to confectionery industry.

Raw material mixing and cooking → Storage→ Add flavor, color and citric acid→ Depositing→ Cooling→ Demoulding→ Conveying→ drying→ packing→ Final product

Step 1

Raw materials are automatic or manually weighed and put into cooker, boil to required temp and store in the storage tank.

Step 2

Cooked material transfer to depositor, after mixing with flavor & color, flow into hopper for depositing into candy mould.

Step 3

Gummy stay in the mould and transferred into cooling tunnel, after around 10 mins cooling, under the pressure of demoulding plate, gummy drop onto the PVC/PU belt and transferred to do sugar coating or oil coating.

Step 4

Put gummy onto trays, keep each one separately to avoid sticking and send to drying room. Drying room should be equipped with air conditioner/heater and dehumidifier to keep suitable temp.and humidity. After drying, gummy can be transferred for packaging.
